Store Closing Sale
All sales made during our store closing sale (December 4th to December 31st) are final. Items purchased during this period are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
Standard Return Policy:
All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (excluding Creative Studio Collection Products (Made to Order items)**)
Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless return is due to a defective issue, the buyer is responsible for all the fees involved in returning the items.
Simply follow 3 easy steps for returns!
Click "Start a Return" and enter your order number and email address associated with the order: Start a Return
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return, enter the reason for return for each item and choose the resolution option: Exchange, Credit, Product Refund
- Select the shipping method for the return. If you choose to use the prepaid label provided by us, the label should be ready to download right away (The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount). An email containing the shipping label should also be sent to your email address.
- Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a prepaid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:

Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from Cyrill.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- For the refund option, it will be a product refund option. No original shipping or return cost will be refunded
*Recommended: If you are not using our prepaid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on the returned package to ensure your return is received. CYRILL is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
**Please Note: Creative Studio Collection Products (Made to Order items) unless return is due to manufacturing defect, only exchange option is available and Made to Order Products are non-refundable.
*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
