- Click "Start a Return" and enter your order number and email address associated with the order: Start a Return
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item.
- Select the shipping method for the return. If you choose to use the pre-paid label provided by us, the label should be ready to download right away (The cost of label will be deducted from the refund amount). An email containing the shipping label should also be sent your email address.
- Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:

- You will receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from Cyrill.com. Purchases made outside of Cyrill.com must contact respective seller for returns.
- Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
*Recommended: If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned package to ensure your return is received. CYRILL is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
